In plain language: what data we ask for, what we use it for and how to ask us to delete it.
What data we ask for
In the forms on this site we ask for your name and your WhatsApp number, which are required, and optionally your email and your business name. We also ask for your industry so we know what kind of company we are talking to. Alongside that we store the result of the tool you just used, for example your diagnostic score, and how you arrived at the site, which is the campaign data carried in the link.
What we use them for
We use them to send you the result you asked for, to answer your enquiry and to tell you about the Altenza Tech courses. Nothing else. We do not sell them and we do not share them with third parties so they can advertise to you.
Where they are stored
Form submissions are stored in Netlify, the service that hosts this site, and reach us by email at hola@altenzatech.com. The tools on this site run their calculations inside your browser: what you type into the diagnostic or the calculator does not leave your device unless you submit the form.
For how long
We keep your data for as long as you have an interest in our courses or services. If two years go by without contact, we delete it.
How to ask us to delete them
Write to hola@altenzatech.com or on WhatsApp at +503 7456 1144 and ask. You do not have to explain why and there is no cost.
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics to know which pages are visited and how people reached the site. It only turns on if you accept the cookie notice that appears the first time. We never send your name, your phone or your email to those measurement tools.
