How much more could you sell?
Enter your own numbers and see what happens if you improve each of the three engines a little. It comes loaded with the course example.
If you improve only one engine
Each engine on its own contributes this. Together they multiply, which is why the total is more than the sum.
You do not need to double anything. You need a method to improve each engine a little.

The sales of any business come from one multiplication: customers times average ticket times purchase frequency. If you have a hundred customers who spend twenty dollars and buy twice in the period, you sell four thousand dollars. There is no more mystery than that.
The interesting part shows up when you improve all three factors at once. Because they multiply, a ten per cent improvement in each does not add up to thirty per cent, it gives thirty three point one per cent. The same four thousand dollars becomes five thousand three hundred and twenty four without winning a single extra customer beyond that ten per cent.
That is the underlying argument of the course. Most owners try to double their customer count, which is the most expensive and slowest of the three. Raising the ticket a little and getting people to come back one more time is usually within reach of next week, with the customers you already have and without spending on advertising.
