Write on WhatsAppAn objection is not a no, it is an unresolved doubt
When someone says it is expensive, they are almost never talking about the price. They are saying they cannot see why it costs that, or they are comparing it with something that is not the same. Answering with a discount solves the symptom and leaves the doubt intact, and that doubt comes back in the next conversation.
The five step method worked on in the course orders the answer: listen without interrupting, validate what the person feels, ask to find out what is behind it, answer that with facts and confirm it is clear. The hard part is not knowing it, it is remembering it in the moment.
That is why you have here the six most common objections with what is usually behind each one, a model answer and two variants so it does not sound like a script. Below there is a practice mode that throws you a random objection so you write your answer and then compare.
There are four things we never do, neither in the course nor in these answers: invent scarcity, push with fear, promise what cannot be delivered and speak badly of the competition. They sell once and cost you the customer.
